SCHOOL FEE SCHEDULE:

KINDERGARTEN - 8TH GRADE PROGRAM:

Non-Refundable Registration Fee..................$225.00 per family

(Tuition Fee includes: Testing Fees, Books, and Computer Fees)

Program Time: 7:30am - 5:30pm

Time: 7:30am - 8:00am

$10.00 Weekly (Payable on Monday Mornings of each week)

AFTER CARE PROGRAM:

Time: 3:00pm - 5:30pm

POLICY ON ADMISSION OF STUDENTS:

Our Lady Help Of Christians School gives preference to:

• Registered Parishioners of Holy Spirit/Our Lady Help of Christians Parish, who currently have siblings or non-siblings in the School.

• Catholic students registered in parishes other than Holy Spirit/Our Lady Help Of Christians parish and currently have siblings or non-siblings in the school.

• Non-Catholic students of our local communities.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Age:  The pre-kindergarten child must be two and one half (2 1/2)years of age and toilet trained. The kindergarten child must be five years old on or before December 31st. The first grade child must be six years old on or before December 31st. A birth certificate must be submitted for proof of age of all students.

2. Immunization Requirements: We are in total compliance with the State and Local Health Regulations.   

3. Health requirements: Children entering kindergarten are required to have a complete physical examination before admission.

4. Testing: children entering kindergarten and new students are required to be tested and submit their most currents test  results.

5. Catholic applicants: a baptismal certificate and verification of reception on any additional sacrament(s) is required.

6. Transfer students: in addition to the above, report cards and standardize test scores from the previous two year are required. A transfer card is also required from the sending school.

7. Grades 5-8: Letter of Recommendation required.
