Age: The Pre-kindergarten child must be two and one half (2 1/2) years of age and toilet trained. The Kindergarten child must be five years old on or before December 31st. The first grade child must be six years old on or before December 31st.
Immunization Requirements: We are in total compliance with the State and Local Health Regulations.
Health Requirements: Children entering Kindergarten are required to have a complete physical examination before admission.
Testing: Children entering Kindergarten and all new students are required to be tested and submit their most currents test results.
Catholic Applicants: A baptismal certificate and verification of reception on any additional sacrament(s) is required.
Transfer students: In addition to the above requirements, report cards and standardize test scores from the previous two year are required. A transfer card is also required from the sending school.
Grades 5-8: A letter of recommendation is required.
Grades 6th - 8th: The uniform consist of a navy blue blazer, navy blue plaid skirt, new style light blue blouse with new logo, navy blue knee socks, and an Oxford tie shoe or loafer in black, dark brown, or navy blue. (No sneakers or any type of shoe-boots, or boots) Girls shoes should have a heel no higher than one inch.
Grades Pre-K - 5th: The uniform consists of a navy blue plaid jumper, a light blue blouse, navy blue knee socks, navy blue sweater, an Oxford tie shoe or loafers in black, dark brown, or navy blue. The only jewelry allowed is small post /hoop earrings. Colored nail polish, acrylic or artificial nails or not permitted.
Grades 6th - 8th: The uniform consists of grey slacks, light blue shirt, school tie, and navy blue blazer. Boys are not allowed to wear any earrings or jewelry in any grade.
Grades Pre-K - 5th: The uniform consists of navy blue slacks, light blue shirt, school tie, grey sweater and an Oxford lace up shoe or loafer in black, or blue. (Absolutely no sneakers, or any boots).
All uniforms (including gym uniforms) must be purchased through the uniform company below. Please be sure that you get OLHC logos. No other uniforms will be accepted. Children will not be admitted to class unless they are in complete , acceptable designated full uniform. Also HAIR COLORING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR GIRLS OR BOYS.
